ROYAL TOUR
A breathtaking journey through history and wine.
An all-inclusive tour dedicated to true enthusiasts. Not only will you visit the historical, evocative cellars where our wines age, but you are also accompanied around the medieval halls of the castle to visit the places where the Pazzi conspiracy was created, which is now a private residence. The visit ends with a tasting of the four wines which are an expression of our territory, as you get to learn about wine tasting techniques, accompanied by a selection of our Biointegrali® products.

Vertical Lastricato Tasting
Perfect for true connoisseurs. Upon request we carry out a vertical tasting of our Lastricato Chianti Rufina Riserva in the most significant vintages selected directly by the property, in the hall of the coats of arms, a unique, exclusive location within the historic castle. A wine – the Lastricato – 100% Sangiovese grapes, the highest expression of this territory and our company. The tasting is given directly by the owners, the oenologist or a technician.

EVO Oil Tasting
A didactic tasting dedicated to a stronghold of Italian culture, the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We reveal not only all the basic techniques used when tasting the oil, but also the stages of production, essential to become conscious consumers and ambassadors of high quality. There is a guided tour before the tasting to discover the ancient jar storages in the Castle.
Upon request, it is possible to combine an oil tour with a wine tasting.
